Lightning Lane
The Lightning Lane is a queue-jumper that has arrived to replace the extinct Fast Pass, it can be purchased with or without the Genie+. If you are only interested in the attractions with the highest demand in the parks (and which are not available on Genie+) you can purchase Lightning Lane separately. Visitors can choose a maximum of two attractions or experiences per day using this ticket!
The user will be able to make the selection from 7 am if they are guests at Disney Resort hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels and Shades of Green, or as soon as the park opens if they are not staying at any of these options.
Prices vary according to dates and attractions and purchases are made one at a time, that is, if you purchase an attraction when the park opens, you will only be able to purchase another after using it or within two hours.

When is Genie+ worth it?
Genie+, despite having some advantages, is only really worth it when it comes to Magic Kingdom and Disney Hollywood Studios specifically. With good itinerary planning, you can enjoy the other parks without having to spend anything more!
The number of skip-the-line passes are limited and end up being distributed quickly, so depending on the time you arrive at the park, the Genie+ will not be used as it should and could be “wasted” money. So if you intend to use the platform, it’s best to arrive early to make the most of it!
At Magic Kingdom, with the long lines and crowded attractions, the Genie+ is super interesting, but if you plan to go to the park for two days, you will only need to use it for one of them. Hollywood Studios is an all-day park and the lines are also long, so take advantage of this feature to your heart's content!
